About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on mechanical automotive sheet metal parts designs on CAD software and design calculations
2. Work on generating, inspecting, and releasing of production drawings
3. Work on vendor interaction for design problems, simplifying the production process and reducing cost
4. Work on generating design presentations and presenting them to fellow team members for understanding
5. Plan the design and production process for the assigned subsystem or parts
6. Visit the shop floor for production updates and manage the labor to deliver in the given timeline
