Mechanical Engineer (Product Designer) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Utilize your expertise in SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, and Ansys to design and analyze intricate 3D products (The design should be compatible with injection molding)
2. Work on the locomotion of the product (have some knowledge of Gazebo software), overseeing the motor and torque specifications
3. Collaborate with R&D and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, iterate, and refine designs for various projects
4. Oversee the overall structure of the robot including the chassis and the working gears
5. Troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations
6. Oversee the production process for 3D printing services, material management, and quality control
7. Generate comprehensive documentation including material specifications, component lists, and assembly instructions to support manufacturing and assembly processes

Requirements:

1. Must have knowledge about relevant potential and sustainable materials for product manufacturing
2. Must have outstanding communication skills and a proactive approach to taking initiatives
