Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle sales inquiries and convert leads into clients.
2. Provide detailed information about studio services to potential clients.
3. Schedule and manage content shoots, including podcasts, reels, and other types of content creation.
4. Coordinate with cinematographers and other crew members to ensure smooth shoot operations.
5. Maintain accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and shoot schedules.
6. Ensure excellent customer support and service throughout the client journey.
7. Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the shoot process.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience creative field, preferably in the video content production or related industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
