Key responsibilities:

1. Meet doctors at their clinics and hospitals on a daily basis
2. Pitch company products to the customers
3. Give product demos to the customers and get their feedback
4. Follow up with the clients for sales on a daily basis
5. Share prospective leads with the sales head for conversion

Probation:

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 20%
