1. BE/B.Tech/ M.E/M.Tech/M.S./Ph.D in ECE/VLSI/microelectronics with 2-5 years of relevant experience and hands-on tool expertise.
2. Working knowledge in the technology nodes of 65, 45/40, 28, and 16nm (preferred).
3. Knowledge of SerDes is (preferable).
4. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Tools: Cadence schematic design, simulation tools, exposure to scripting techniques.
