Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled MEP Design Engineer to join our team at Inches N Feet. As an MEP Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for our diverse range of projects. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, offering a competitive salary range and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals in the architecture and planning industry.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
Proven experience as a MEP Design Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of MEP design principles, building codes, and regulations
Proficiency in Revit, and other MEP design software
Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and MEP coordination
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and coordinate the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for various projects
Prepare detailed MEP drawings, layouts, and specifications using Revit software
Conduct site visits to gather necessary information and ensure the accurate implementation of MEP systems
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop cost-effective and energy-efficient designs
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
Review and analyze project specifications and technical requirements
