We are seeking a highly skilled MEP/HVAC Faculty to join our team at Blitz Academy. As an educational institution specializing in technical courses, we provide training and certification in various fields, including oil & gas, logistics, MEP, QA/QC, and NDT. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in MEP/HVAC to our students.

Qualifications and Skills

Mid-level experience of 4 to 6 years in the field of MEP/HVAC
Strong knowledge and expertise in MEP/HVAC concepts and practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively present complex information to students
Interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and colleagues
Leadership skills to guide and motivate students
Passion for teaching and helping students succeed

Roles and Responsibilities

Deliver lectures and practical sessions on MEP/HVAC concepts to students
Prepare and develop curriculum, lesson plans, and teaching materials
Assess student performance, provide feedback, and evaluate their understanding of the subject
Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and career development
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in MEP/HVAC
Conduct research and contribute to the development of educational resources and programs
Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to enhance the learning experience
