Job Overview

We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team at A L Paper House. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production and delivery of our handmade paper and paper products. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Qualifications and Skills

1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the paper or textile industry.
Bachelor's degree in merchandising, business administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of merchandising principles and techniques.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
Understanding of export procedures and documentation.
Experience in the handmade paper or paper products industry is a plus.

Roles and Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure timely production and delivery of orders.
Manage the entire merchandising process, from sourcing raw materials to final product delivery.
Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms for procurement.
Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate and timely execution of orders.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Prepare reports and present findings to the management team.
