Job Overview
The Junior Merchandiser role at Lakhmi Chand Tejoo Mal is a full-time position located in Delhi. We are seeking a dedicated professional with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The successful candidate will be instrumental in handling and managing the inventory and supply chain of our Ladies Ethnic wear department, ensuring quality and timely execution.

Qualifications and Skills
Diploma in Apparel or Fashion Designing required to understand the fashion market and coordinate production.
Experience in stock replenishment ensuring optimal inventory levels and timely product availability.
Must have skills in handling Ladies Ethnic in Womens wear design (Mandatory skill).
Must possess regular follow-up skills with suppliers to ensure timely receipt of materials and quality audit (Mandatory skill).
Expertise in managing inventory levels of assigned departments at the floor (Mandatory skill).
Ability to plan and coordinate effectively to ensure the availability of the right product designs.
Proficiency in vendor management and negotiation to secure favorable terms.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and monitor consumer purchasing patterns.

Facilitate production processes by ensuring timely availability of materials needed for Womens ethnic wear.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and vendors for optimal cooperation.
