REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Preferrable experience of 3 to 4 years
Preferably knows Tamil & English
Computer Skills MS Office, PPT
Minimum qualification graduate
Candidate must be a localite of the area
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, & work under tight deadlines.
Attention to detail & proactive problem solving
Knowledge of various textile production processes

JOB DESCRIPTION
As a merchant at, you will play a pivotal role at facilitating communication & coordination between various vendors of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring smooth execution of orders from inception to delivery, meeting quality standards, timeliness & customer expectations.

RESPONSIBILITIES -
Coordinate with internal departments like production, design, quality assurance to initiate, track & fulfil customers orders efficiently.
Analyse raw material cost, production expenses, & overhead expenses to accurately estimate the cost of production & negotiate pricing with clients
Collaborate with production managers to develop production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization & timely delivery of orders
Plan vendor visits as & when required for fabric & other accessories.
Prepare & maintain all necessary documents related to orders, including purchase invoice, shipping documents, quality reports, etc
Manage procurement of raw materials & auxiliary supplies ensuring timely availability & maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers & external vendors to ensure sooth business operations.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities & market demand.
