At Dreams International, We are looking for a skilled 'MERN Stack Developer' to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical skills, a solid understanding of software design, and a passion for delivering high-quality code. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly web applications.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN framework
2. Design and implement efficient algorithms and data structures
3. Implement functional programming concepts to develop scalable and maintainable code
4. Collaborate with the team to design and develop user-friendly UI
5. Use REST APIs to handle HTTP requests and responses
6. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
7. Troubleshoot and debug issues proactively
8. Use Git version control to manage project development
9. Work on production-level application development
10. Work on CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tasks related to application deployment.
11. Participate in agile and iterative software development process.
12. YSQL, MONGO, or NoSQL databases and backend development technologies.
Position: MERN Stack Developer
Location: Swargate, Pune, Maharashtra (On-site)
Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 per month (Based on performance and experience)
Shift: Day-Time. [ 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday To Saturday ]
Experience Required: 1-2 Years
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. Proven experience in full-stack development with the MERN stack.
3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
5. Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
6. Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
