Mini Golf Madness is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic golf gamemaster to manage the mini golf space! If you are fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada, and have excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the mini golf course, and ensure a positive guest experience
2. Work closely with owners, develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and increase customer satisfaction
3. Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and safe environment
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
5. Coordinate special events and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones
6. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations
7. Prepare regular reports on sales, expenses, and customer feedback to analyze performance and identify areas for improvement
