4. Conceptualize and execute video projects from start to finish, including storyboarding, editing, and post-production.
5. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all content.
6. Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve video projects.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in video production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
8. Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) to edit and enhance video content.
9. Operate camera equipment and assist with film production as needed.
10. Manage and organize video assets, ensuring they are easily accessible for future use.
11. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive visual style across all video content.
Requirements:
1. Proven work experience as a motion designer, video editor, or similar role.
2. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
3. Strong understanding of motion graphics, video editing, and post-production processes.
4. Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail.
5. Experience with camera operation and other aspects of film production is a bonus.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
8. A portfolio showcasing your motion design and video editing work.
