Motion Graphic Designer Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for motion graphic projects
2. Visualize stories from given briefs and think outside the box
3. Work on projects from the storyboard stage to final animation
4. Create and deliver motion graphics for various media
5. Design high-impact graphics, illustrations, and highly engaging animations and videos
6. Create marketing collateral and graphics
7. Work with editors and designers to resolve technical and/or design issues
8. Simplify complicated interactions in animations and solve challenging problems
9. Stay up to date on the latest graphic design techniques
10. Demonstrate curiosity to learn and explore things outside your domain of expertise

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of experience in Motion Graphic Design
2. Proficient in Figma
3. Deep understanding of fundamental visual and motion design disciplines (typography, iconography, audio, composition, color, layout, etc.)
4. Basic or moderate understanding of high-end technologies like Blockchain, Machine Learning, Big Data, Cybersecurity, etc.
5. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator
6. Strong interpersonal skills, a team player, positive and innovative thinker
7. Experience creating motion graphics and/or social media edits
8. A strong portfolio of sample projects demonstrating prior experience as a Motion Graphics Designer
