Motion Graphics Executive Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and producing high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
2. Develop static graphic designs for a range of materials, such as social media posts, banners, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
3. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to conceptualise and execute visual content that meets brand objectives and resonates with our audience.
4. Edit and enhance video footage by adding motion graphics, effects, and sound to create compelling visual stories.
5. Create and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual content.
6. Stay updated on the latest trends in both motion graphics and graphic design, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.

Requirements:

1. A degree in animation, graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in motion graphic and graphic design software, including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
3. Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for both visual storytelling and static design.
5. Ability to conceptualize and produce visuals that align with brand identity and objectives.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
7. A portfolio showcasing your motion graphics and graphic design work is a plus.
