Qualifications and Skills
More than 15 years of experience in sales and business development
Proven experience in Automotive Components Industry (Automotive Aftermarkets preferred)
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong knowledge of the AAD Industry and Market
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Good understanding of market dynamics and trends
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and drive results
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
Manage national level responsibility for Channel Sales
Manage and lead the sales team, providing guidance and support
