Requirements:
1. Degree in web design, software engineering, or similar
2. MCSD or MCPD certification will be highly advantageous
3. Prior experience as a .NET developer
4. In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure
5. Advanced proficiency in C#, F#, or VB.NET; preferably all three
6. Capacity to use SQL or Oracle with ease
7. A flair for creating well-presented software that is technically sound
8. Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
