1. Add new features to the different applications in the product suit
2. Troubleshoot and provide resolution to production issues. Reproduce, document and resolve product defects
3. Provide well-thought out and reliable direction, both in technical and non-technical terms to the team members
4. Take ownership of customer issues, including troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution
5. Create clear and concise knowledge documents and ensure maintenance of the same
6. Understand requirement through discussions with client/business team, or by studying/analyzing the Function Specification Document (FSD), and converting the requirements in to technical implementations using technical documentation and unit test cases
7. Work on white box testing (unit test) - manual and automated
8. Utilize established development tools, guidelines, and conventions including ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, SQL Server, JavaScript, JQuery, React JS and .NET Core, Web API
9. Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server). Analyze existing SQL queries for performance improvements
