1. Manage all WLAN Hardware equipment (active & passive) requires for HSIA services at Hotel will be procured by hotel including Firewall, Headend/AAA Gateway Equipment and Software (Airangel Captivnet) as per Brand standard.
2. Complete Cabling infrastructure with Termination & On-going Maintenance of the same including supply replacement of Patch cords (Copper & Fibre)
3. Work on AMC, Repair/Replacement of Equipment's Including Software and Annual Maintenance License.
4. Maintain UPS power supply as per Hotel standard. Server Rack should have two different power sources one from centralized / Individual UPS and another one from RAW power source with DG power backup
5. Handle ISP BW & Router for HSIA network
6. Complete CIVIL/POP work
7. Work on PMS and PMS interface
8. Manage additional Cabling with Termination (If required)
9. Ensure the working of existing equipment's' extended Warranty i.e Core Switch, Edge Switches, Fiber Modules, Router, GW, Server, firewall, Access Points, Controllers etc. Including Software and Annual Maintenance License
