We are seeking a skilled and experienced 'Network Engineer' with a strong understanding of CCNA to join our team at Diversified Network & Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. As a critical member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure to ensure high performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, deploy, and optimize network solutions aligned with business requirements.
2. Monitor, identify, and troubleshoot network performance issues to minimize downtime.
3. Implement and uphold robust security measures to safeguard the network against threats.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate new technologies into the network infrastructure.
5. Perform regular network audits to identify areas for enhancement and ensure optimal performance.
6. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to team members and end-users.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our network infrastructure.

Qualifications:

1. B-Tech, M-Tech, MCA only. (Pass-out candidate)
2. Strong communication skills: Proficiency in English
3. Proven experience in designing and managing enterprise-level networks
4. Strong understanding of network protocols, hardware, and security practices
5. Analytical mindset with excellent troubleshooting skills
6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in network engineering or a similar role.

Certifications (Preferred): CCNP, or other advanced networking certifications.

Skills:

Proficiency in configuring and managing routers, switches, and firewalls.

Familiarity with VPNs, VLANs, and network monitoring tools.

Knowledge of cloud-based networking solutions (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus).

Experience with network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible, etc.).

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,50,000 - 3,50,000 /year
