1. Coordinating with ISP (WAN link providers) for any S1/S2 incidents.
2. Coordinating with internal team of information security and audit to ensure timely closure on any IT Network and security opened audit, compliance points.
3. Ensuring all VACA and firewall rules reviews open items are tracked and executed as per approved timelines.
4. Being a project team member to ensure timely delivery of the network projects.
5. Maintaining network related documentations like network diagrams and SOPs (Standard operating procedures).
6. Coordinating and troubleshooting with other team/department for any internal localized issues.
7. Coordinating with all the technical network and security resources for projects and the business perspective.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with layer 2 Switching protocols of VTP, STP, Ether-channel, Vlans and others with Cisco products.
2. Should be able to monitor and maintain Bank s IT Network infrastructure including Branches, remote offices, DC Backhaul links, DR Backhaul links, DC-NDR connectivity, DC-DR connectivity including routers, switches, wireless infra and remote/WAN ISP links.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in remote/branch network environment
4. Should be able to handle user IT network and system requirements to monitor and maintain IT network and network security infrastructure in the bank.
5. Should be able to monitor and maintain Bank s IT Network infrastructure including Branch, DC, DR, NDR and Azure cloud network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, load balancers, WAF (Web application firewalls) and remote/WAN ISP links.
6. Minimum 4 years of hands on and troubleshooting experience with routing protocols of BGP and OSPF.
7. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with layer 2 Switching protocols of VTP, STP, Ether-channel, Vlans and others with Cisco products.
8. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Cisco/Fortinet firewalls.
9. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with network load balancers from F5/Barracuda.
10. Minimum 3 years of experience with any ticketing tool.
11. Minimum 3 years of incident management experience.
12. Minimum 3 years of change handling and management experience.
13. Working experience in DC-DR network environment
14. Effective administration of network and security equipment of firewalls, load-balancers and WAF (Web application firewalls).
