Network Engineer - Technical Support Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Configure, manage and maintain FortiGate firewalls, including security policies, routing, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention.
2. Manage and maintain Aruba Wi-Fi solutions, including controller configuration, SSIDs, and security settings.
3. Monitor network performance, identify and troubleshoot network issues, and ensure high availability.
4. Implement security best practices, including vulnerability assessments, patch management, and incident response.
5. Design, document, and implement network changes.
6. Manage and audit network security settings, implement security best practices, and identify potential security vulnerabilities.
