About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Create a network for the handicraft s product
2. Ensure that the handicraft products will reach to masses
3. Establish a network with buying and fashion houses to create a good demand for the product
4. Analyze the sales data by reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets
5. Gather information on market trends and customers reactions to products
6. Create a direct supply chain between the supplier and the artisan to reduce the manufacturing cost of the product
7. Prepare a strategic plan to create a sustainable network for handicrafts
8. Make a plan to tackle the grassroots level challenges

MS-Office Research and Analytics

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Research and Analytics

Learn Graphic Design

Learn Merchandise Design

Other requirements

Master's in merchandising, M.Sc in fashion and textile merchandising, MBA and/or master in fashion technology and management

Should have a strategic analysis and analytic skills

Should have experience in using Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)

Should be passionate about social change and inclined towards a sustainable future

Should be thoughtful, committed, respected, and inspirational leader within his/her professional fields and within the larger community

Knowledge of social media optimization

Should be available and flexible to participate in all program components on the program dates specified

Should have an understanding and interpretation of design

Should have an eye for detail

Should have an experience of 0-1 years

Graduated in and after 2020 can apply

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
