Job Description:
As a Node.js Developer at Silico Software Solutions, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying server-side applications using Node.js. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to deliver quality software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic
Write clean, well-designed code and ensure its quality through code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise application performance
Collaborate with the team to define project requirements and specifications
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement

Qualifications:
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Node.js development
Strong understanding of JavaScript and asynchronous programming
Experience with Express.js and other relevant frameworks
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
