Job Description
Book all order acceptances in ERP after sample being approved by client.
Monthly Sales rate updating in ERP and cost sheet.
Development activity including die development, fixture, gauges, and documents for new items.
Planning materials, schedules and coordinating up to delivery for orders.
Quotation and inquiry
Lead planning meeting and quality meeting, also maintain documentation.
Book OA in ERP against PO from customer along with the delivery date
Maintain OA file along with the customer PO.
Follow delivery deadline and take necessary actions to achieve the same.
Plan for required material to fulfil all said orders and avoid material shortage.
Coordinate with the production, QC & Process team on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and review the same take corrective actions as needed.
