3. Good interpersonal skills

4. Highly developed listening skills

5. Team building skills

6. Keen observational and perceptual abilities

7. Excellent communication skills

8. Ability to coordinate and cooperate effectively

10. Ability to provide emotional support and hands-on physical care to patients
