Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated 'Occupational Therapist' to join our multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping children with developmental and sensory challenges achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
2. Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
3. Provide therapy sessions focused on motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
4. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other therapists to monitor progress and set goals.
5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions and outcomes.
6. Stay updated on the latest developments and techniques in occupational therapy.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or master's degree in occupational therapy.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an Occupational Therapist, preferably with children.
3. Strong knowledge of sensory integration and motor skill development.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
