1. Coordinate with the office housekeeping staff to ensure smooth functioning
2. Coordinate with management to figure out solutions to office admin issues
3. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
4. Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance 5. Keep a stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
6. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
7. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
8. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
9. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
10. Assist colleagues whenever necessary
