We are seeking a highly organized and proactive office administrator to join our team. The office administrator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating administrative duties and office procedures to ensure our office runs smoothly. Also, you will be responsible for handling the reception-desk area. As you will be the first point of contact for our company, you will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
3. Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or meeting room
4. Maintain and update company databases and filing systems
5. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
6. Assist with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking
7. Monitor office operations and address any issues or concerns as they arise
8. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
9. Perform general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
10. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
11. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
