Office Assistant (Back Office) Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
2. Schedule appointments and maintain accurate calendars
3. Greet and assist visitors
4. Prepare documents, presentations, and reports
5. File and maintain documents
6. Process incoming and outgoing mail
7. Run errands and purchase office supplies
8. Manage day-to-day operations of the office
9. Provide administrative support to the manager and other team members, while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
