As an Office Assistant at Amson Interconnect Private Limited, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations. If you are proficient in MS-Excel, MS-Office, Google Suite (G Suite), and have strong English proficiency (both written and spoken), we want to hear from you! Your role will involve assisting with administrative tasks, email marketing campaigns, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing and organizing office documents and files using MS Office and Google Suite.
2. Assisting with data entry, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel.
3. Communicating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members in English/Hindi/ Local Language.
4. Supporting email marketing campaigns and maintaining mailing lists.
5. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
6. Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
7. Customer Calling & follow-ups over mail/WhatsApp
8. Vendor Management
