1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
2. Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
3. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling documents.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
