Office Coordinator Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on online audit work and maintaining PPT and Excel
2. Coordinate with vendors for the work quality checks
3. Record and maintain soft copies as well as hard copies files
4. Assist in Microsoft Office work given by the management
5. Manage client s record & billing process
6. Work on online portals to update the warranty for the products
7. Perform basic mailing & calling activities

Skills & Requirements:

1. Good communication skill is required
2. Good typing speed
3. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
4. Must have a good working knowledge of the internet
5. Must be a hard worker with good work ethic
