About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Coordinate meetings, events, and team activities
2. Handle incoming calls, greet visitors, and manage office calendar
3. Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical
4. Develop and manage content for company social media channels
5. Create and schedule regular social media posts across platforms
6. Monitor and engage with social media audience
7. Draft internal communications and newsletters
8. Assist in creating presentation materials and company documents
9. Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings and interview scheduling
10. Coordinate onboarding for new employees
11. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
12. Handle incoming communications (phone, email, mail)
13. Support client relations as needed
