Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee the smooth functioning of daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
2. Handle customer orders from online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, as well as offline sources
3. Maintain accurate records of stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure timely restocking
4. Manage accounts, generate invoices, and ensure proper financial record-keeping
5. Address customer issues and respond to reviews with professionalism and empathy to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
