Office Reception/Design Studio Coordinator Job

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the studio, including filing, data entry, and document management.

Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and organizing meeting materials.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Studio Coordination:

Support the design team with project coordination and client communication.

Maintain project files and ensure all relevant documents are up to date.

Assist in preparing presentations and design proposals.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed.

Organize and maintain the materials library, including fabric samples, catalogs, and other design resources.

Client Relations:

Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met.

Assist in managing client expectations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Follow up with clients post-project completion for feedback and reviews.
