Role: Office Receptionist. Experience: 0 6 Years(Freshers can apply). Location: Noida Sector- 62. Notice Period: Immediate/15 Days. Selection Process: One Introduction Video (1 min)+ F2F Interview

1. Qualification: Graduate
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

6. Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
7. Professional appearance and demeanor

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performs a variety of administrative duties of a complex and confidential nature
2. Proficient in front desk, receptionist activities, telephone handling, telephone operating, front office operations, front office management, guest relations, guest handling, reception, front office, and guest relations skills
3. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
4. Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
5. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
6. Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
7. Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email
8. Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
9. Update calendars and schedule meetings
10. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing
11. Supervises clerical and other office staff as may be assigned
12. Works on special projects as assigned by the Managing Director
13. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
