About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Making outgoing calls and conference calls
2. Answering phone calls within 3 to 4 rings
3. Attending and directing the calls to the concerned person
4. Taking messages in the absence of the concerned person and passing the message to them
5. Welcoming visitors by greeting them and directing visitors to the meeting area/designated cabin
6. Maintaining the reception area decorum
7. Checking for the cleanliness of the meeting rooms and the conference rooms
8. Arranging the meeting room and conference room by checking the required stationary and chair availability
9. Working on the allocation of meeting rooms and conference rooms for meetings
10. Extending hospitality to the visitors
11. Maintaining the callbook, and updating the contact details of the employees and vendors in the system
12. Handling miscellaneous jobs such as first aid stock refill, and helping fellow receptionists in their respective job roles

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should be presentable
2. Good communication skills
3. Minimum HSC passed

Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹13,000 - 14,000 /month
