Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive offline lead generation strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives
2. Identify and research potential leads through various offline channels, including cold calling, networking events, colleges, and direct mail campaigns
3. Build and maintain relationships with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align offline lead generation efforts with overall business goals and marketing initiatives
5. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitors' activities
6. Continuously evaluate and optimize lead generation strategies to maximize ROI and achieve scalable growth

Required Skills:

1. Proven experience in offline lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to confidently engage with potential leads in various offline settings
4. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
