Job Overview
We are seeking a mid-level professional with extensive expertise in oil filtration for a full-time position located in Hyderabad. The role requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have the necessary skills to maintain and improve hydraulic and lubrication systems through effective filtration techniques.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in oil analysis techniques to assess and maintain oil quality (Mandatory skill).
Experience with hydraulic filtration systems for optimal fluid cleanliness and system performance (Mandatory skill).
Knowledge of ISO cleanliness codes to ensure compliance with industry standards (Mandatory skill).
Understanding of centrifugal filtration systems for efficient separation of contaminants from oils.
Experience with vacuum dehydrators for the removal of water from hydraulic and lubrication oils.
Ability to use particle counting equipment for monitoring and controlling contamination levels in fluids.
Skills in fluid condition monitoring to ensure reliable machinery operation and minimize downtime.
Familiarity with predictive maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures and extend service life.

Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct oil analysis to detect levels of contamination, wear particles, and other critical parameters.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hydraulic filtration systems to ensure equipment reliability.
Implement ISO cleanliness standards across maintenance practices to uphold quality assurance.
Monitor centrifugal and vacuum dehydration systems to maintain optimal fluid condition.
Utilize particle counting and analysis tools to guide filtration and maintenance decisions.
Provide reports and insights on fluid cleanliness and offer recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with maintenance teams to integrate filtration best practices into operational workflows.
Develop and implement predictive maintenance schedules based on data-driven analysis.
