About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Build your local sports project (LSP)
2. Choose your range as per my catchment analysis (range selection)
3. Work on being accountable for merchandising and stock
4. Work on piloting and PNL for your sport (margin and shrinkage)
5. Take responsibility for your actions and challenge yourself and achieve your ambition
6. Practice your sport a minimum of once a week within exceptional seasonal sports
7. Build your sports community in your catchment
8. Give regular IDMs & be demanding with your team
9. Mediate between your user and DMI (feedback)
10. Update your planner including events, workshops, and leaves
11. Recruit future sports leaders
12. Keep your layout commercially optimized

1. Passionate about sports
2. Sports leader & sports ambassador of your sports in your catchment
3. Positive and energetic
4. Responsible person and able to make the best decisions on the floor
5. Ambitious and able to resonate with the passion of your sport through communication
