The Onboarding Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new ADMISSIONS, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from the ADMISSION to full integration into the company. This role collaborates with various departments to provide new ADMISSIONS with the necessary tools, information, and support to succeed in their COURSE.Key Responsibilities:
New Admission Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for all new admission, including scheduling and conducting orientation sessions, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.
Welcome Experience: Create a welcoming and informative first day experience for new admissions, including office tours, introductions to batch, and setup of classes.
Training and Development: Coordinate initial inductions and ensure new admissions are aware of ongoing opportunities. Work with department heads to tailor training to specific courses.
Compliance: Ensure all new admission paperwork, including admission contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and benefits enrollment forms, are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for new admission during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
