We are seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented 'Onboarding Manager' to lead the onboarding process for individuals, NGO's and organizations using our crowdfunding platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding new users through the registration process, helping them set up their campaigns, and ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to successfully launch and manage their crowdfunding efforts. You will play a key role in supporting campaign creators, from first-time users to experienced fundraisers, to ensure they maximize the platform's features and reach their funding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Manage the onboarding process for new users, helping them register, navigate the platform, and understand how to create effective crowdfunding campaigns.
2) Provide step-by-step guidance to campaign creators, ensuring they are aware of platform tools, best practices, and how to promote their campaigns effectively.
3) Host virtual workshops, webinars, and 1-on-1 sessions to educate new users on the platform's features, campaign strategies, and promotional techniques.
4) Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create onboarding materials, such as guides, tutorials, FAQs, and help videos, to assist users in campaign creation and management.
5) Assist users with platform-related queries, troubleshooting any issues they face during registration or campaign setup.
6) Monitor onboarding metrics to ensure high user satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in the onboarding experience.
7) Develop a personalized onboarding experience for different types of users, such as non-profits, individuals, or businesses, tailoring support based on their campaign needs.
8) Collect feedback from campaign creators on their onboarding experience and provide insights to improve platform features and onboarding procedures.
9) Act as the first point of contact for campaign creators during their early engagement with the platform, ensuring they feel supported throughout the process.
10) Collaborate with the customer success and support teams to ensure seamless transitions from onboarding to ongoing support for campaign creators.
11) Build relationships with campaign creators to foster long-term engagement and encourage repeat campaigns or referrals.
