Onboarding Specialist Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Take calls with standard call etiquette
2. Support know your customer (KYC) procedures and providing excellent customer support to our clients
3. Conduct thorough KYC checks on new and existing clients by regulatory requirements and internal policies
4. Ensure all KYC documentation is accurately recorded and maintained in compliance with regulatory standards
5. Communicate effectively with clients to request additional information and clarify any discrepancies during the KYC process
6. Provide prompt and courteous customer support to address complex inquiries, resolve issues, and assist with account-related activities
7. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to KYC and customer due diligence
