Online Reputation Management Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Actively monitor and review user comments, suggestions, feedback, and complaints across social handles and platforms manually and using the related tools wherever possible
2. Connect, converse, and engage with the target audience on digital platforms across, on behalf of the brand thereby attending response management
3. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner and within the pre-determined and agreed brand voice.
4. Respond to comments and DMs for each brand
5. Acknowledging compliments showcasing the same on-brand social media pages
6. Effectively identifying and utilizing social listening tools in response management
7. Sharing the brand comments on a real-time basis with the respective brand associates/managers
8. Monitor and report on all social activity to internal teams on a daily basis
9. Practice social listening to increase engagement and positive communication within the community
10. Follow-up with cross-function team to bring faster resolution
11. Keep an eye on negative traction and highlight the respective immediately.
12. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends, Required to share daily, weekly & monthly reports.
13. Monitor the social accounts across the web. Monitoring will be done through a tool as well as manually
14. Handle response management through a social media listening tool
15. Recommending suggestions for and improvements by preparing presentation reports over conversations analyzed through tools
