Key responsibilities:

1. Monitor brand mentions across social media, review platforms, forums, and other digital channels
2. Engage with customers to address queries, complaints, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
3. Analyze online conversations and sentiment to provide actionable insights for brand improvement
4. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Support, PR) to align brand messaging
5. Manage crisis situations effectively by implementing ORM strategies
6. Track and report ORM metrics and suggest improvements to enhance brand reputation
7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities in ORM

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in online reputation management, social media, or customer support
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, review sites, and ORM tools
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4. Ability to handle customer escalations professionally and empathetically
5. Analytical mindset with proficiency in ORM tracking tools like Google Alerts, Brandwatch, or Mention
6. Experience in digital marketing, SEO, or content management
