Key responsibilities:
1. Online monitoring: Monitor online platforms, social media, review sites, and other digital channels to track mentions of the brand. Respond promptly to both positive and negative comments, reviews, and discussions
2. Crisis management: Develop and implement crisis management strategies to address and mitigate potential reputation risks
3. Brand advocacy: Identify and engage brand advocates to promote positive sentiments and amplify positive messaging. Cultivate relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to strengthen brand support
4. Content strategy: Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute positive and engaging content that reinforces the brand's values and strengths. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across various platforms
5. Review management: Implement strategies to encourage positive reviews and manage negative reviews effectively. Work closely with customer support teams to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction
6. Competitor analysis: Conduct regular analysis of competitor reputation strategies and make recommendations for improvement
7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance indicators related to online reputation. Utilize analytics tools to measure the impact of reputation management efforts
Qualifications and skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in online reputation management or a related field
3. Ability to think strategically and proactively identify potential reputation issues
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and navigate evolving online environments
6. Proven experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, influencers, and the media
7. Familiarity with reputation management tools and analytics platforms
