Operation Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assisting with numerous tasks related to shipping back office/logistics/freight forwarding/back office
2. Serving as the on-ground support for PO management, shipments delivery, tracking, shipping invoices cross-checking & processing, etc.
3. Identifying and correcting errors
4. Maintaining records of work received and work performed, etc
5. Working under limited supervision with little direction from management and adhering to administrative policies and escalation procedures

Skills & Requirements:

1. Should be comfortable in Ms-Word/Ms-Excel
2. A Good co-worker who gets with the team
3. Open for Kolkata candidates only
4. Bachelor's degree is compulsory
5. Commerce graduates are preferred
6. Work from Monday to Friday in the office at Kolkata
