Key responsibilities:

1. Working on outbound calls
2. Working on lead qualification
3. Having product knowledge
4. Making sales pitch
5. Handling objections
6. Appointment setting
7. Working on customer follow-up
8. Working on data management
9. Maintaining sales targets
10. Taking feedback

Qualifications:

1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business administration, marketing, or related fields may be advantageous
2. Experience: Proven experience as a telecaller in a sales environment, preferably with a track record of achieving sales targets
3. Communication skills: Excellent communication skills in the language(s) required (verbal and written)
4. Persuasion skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively close sales over the phone
5. Customer focus: Customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers
