Operation Support Executive (International Voice Process) Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound international voice BPO tasks in the logistics domain
2. Interact with US-based customers/end-users to manage their business needs
3. Maintain basic reports in Excel and perform typing tasks
4. Utilize strong spoken English skills to communicate effectively with clients/end-users
5. Demonstrate proven customer service skills to build robust and loyal relationships
6. Apply good math skills to organize load efficiency while adhering to legal limitations
7. Exhibit critical-thinking skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback
8. Stay self-motivated to manage the stress and demands of the role
9. Engage in creative problem-solving during calls, adding value to potential clients by describing services

Requirements:

1. Excellent spoken English communication skills
2. Previous experience in international voice customer support is preferable
3. Willingness to work in EST/CST/PST time zones as required by clients
4. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
5. Familiarity with Outlook, MS Teams, and similar tools

Additional information:

1. Work timing - 8 am to 5 PM EST / CST / PST as per client requirement (India night shift)
2. Working Days - 6 Days Location -Work from Office in Bangalore
